Orders and Shipping
We process your order the moment it is received unless it is past our national bedtime. The moment is shipped the average runtime depends on product, and location but any longer than 5 business days we will notify you with a status update or permission for the delays.

Please e-mail or call us with your order number ASAP. We encourage shipping to the same billing address for faster processing as changing the address will require verification with the credit card holder.
We provide tracking numbers to the customer’s e-mail the moment it is sent out. Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours before providing an estimated arrival date.
No we use PayPal’s secure servers to verify legitimately of the credit card’s billing information and no credit card information is kept on Toiletland nor’s PayPal servers. If extra payment or addons is needed, best to contact us via telephone 1-877-377-0875 with your order number.
Yes this is based on your provincial taxes plus federal GST. Toiletland’s policy is to collect sales tax for the federal government to be paid in full every tax year, plus income taxes generated by the sales of bidets in Canada.
Average shipping times can vary between 2 to 5 business days, any longer we will contact you if it is ok to wait. If the customer cannot wait for their product due to delays, we will provide a full refund. Please contact us if you have any questions.
This is ideal as we offer free shipping to most provinces.
Returns and Exchanges
If the item is unused in the box, it can be sent back but we will charge shipping on the way back. Unfortunately once the box is opened and the seal is removed, we cannot take the item back due it due to hygienic reasons. Warranty however, is in full effect and Toiletland’s friendly staff will help you start the process to get your bidet running at factory specfications!

Assuming if it isn’t shipped yet, yes a full refund is possible. If a product is shipped, customer can reject the package and it will be returned to sender. In that case we would deduct shipping charges and do a net refund.
