Pallets of bidet seats in the Toiletland Canada warehouse

Our story

2014 — Toiletland was registered and the first iteration of the website was born. Canadians finally had an option to purchase bidets within the country as most of its direct competitors at the time were all American.
2017 — Canada started purchasing more bidets, so Canadian suppliers came onboard to help reduce the cost of shipping for our products.
2021 — New generation of the toiletland web site is launch with an emphasis on easy of use, speed and features of all bidet shoppers look for when shopping for a bidet toilet seat in Canada.

Founder led since 2014. Vancouver BC based. Service obsessed!

Phillip Trinh — Founder

I run and maintain the Toiletland Canada website, handle customer service, and personally process orders. After a decade serving Canadians, I hand select only proven models from top manufacturers. I listen first to make sure your needs are met, then follow through with clear communication and reliable shipping. Customer feedback has shown me that bidet seats can change lives, and I’m grateful to be part of it!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just installed my new bidet and honestly wish I'd done this years ago. Setup was straightforward, took maybe 20 minutes with no plumber needed. The water pressure is adjustable, the seat is comfortable, and everything feels well-built. It's one of those upgrades where you immediately wonder how you lived without it.
Bought mine from Phillip at Toiletland and had a great experience. Fast shipping, good price, and the product arrived well-packaged. Would absolutely recommend picking one up from them if you're on the fence.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thrilled with the two new brondell bidets from Toiletland! But the best part of this was Philip’s dedication to customer service. I have a complicated setup with unusual sized wall mounted toilets that were difficult to find electric bidets for. Philip made lots of calls to the manufacturer, shared measurements and gave advice to make sure the bidets would work. Definitely above and beyond and I would not buy from anywhere else.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great store! Philip was quick to respond, super friendly, and helpful. Thankfully he had the Swash 1400 in stock and was able to accommodate fast in person pick up. I couldn’t find a better price either. No doubt Toiletland Canada will be where I turn to for an upgrade or further expansion in the home. Thank you!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found ToiletLand Canada while searching for options to buy a bidet. The fact that it is a local company in Vancouver, Canada, was a plus for me. Customer Service is excellent, and Phillip was so helpfull answering all my questions regarding the bidet, since it was the first time buying one. The toilet is already installed. It is a great product, and it is meeting my expectations. I am glad I did.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are recent customers of Toiletland in mid December 2025. We purchased two BB2000 Biobidet bidet seats and, quite frankly, we don't know why we didn't do it much sooner. Toiletland was exceptional and quick with our order and they came sooner than expected. They installed quickly and easily and they have truly made the experience in the washroom a much more pleasant and cleaner one, since.
After purchasing our products and using them for a short while we found that a particular feature was not working, or we were not interpreting the instructions correctly, so we contacted Toiletland by e-mail on a late Friday afternoon, and we were not expecting a reply until the following business week.
We received a reply from Phillip from Toiletland by email on Saturday morning with an entire list of things we could try to solve the problem. All of the suggestions were clearly laid out and easy to understand.
They basically gave us one option after another in case the previous one didn't work.
As it turned out, the first one worked, and the problem was us not interpreting the instructions correctly and Phillip simply cleared up the misunderstanding with his instructions.
We immediately had the feature working, and now, all of the features are working as advertised.
We could not be happier with the service support we got from Toiletland, and would highly recommend giving them a try. They are a Canadian company and as stated, their service is extremely good.
