The Eco-Nova is covered by a 60-day satisfaction trial and is an exception to our standard unopened/unused hygiene return policy. If it is not the right fit for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery.
To start a trial return, email [email protected] with your order number. We reply with the steps and email you a prepaid return label. Keep the original box and packaging, and sanitize the unit before you return it. The unit must be complete with its accessories and free of abuse or damage. When the unit arrives, we check that it is complete with all parts, has no damage, is sanitized and is in its original box. Qualifying returns receive a full refund within 10 business days after the unit passes inspection, with no 5% deduction. Full trial terms.

- This is an electric bidet seat. Confirm a power source is reachable before ordering.
- Bowl and bolt spacing: elongated bowls only. The Eco-NOVA manual asks for 18 to 19.75 inches from the bolt holes to the front edge of the bowl and 4.5 to 7 inches between the bolt holes; the seat is 20.43 inches long.
- Power and water: a grounded 120-volt outlet within reach of the 47.2-inch (1.2 m) power cord, and 11.6 to 101.5 psi water pressure.
- Shipping: ships from Vancouver, B.C. via courier ground services.

Our Eco-Nova Slim Deluxe Bidet arrived last week and I installed it on Dec 30. Took about an hour. It’s an easy installation, although a large, clear drawing of the bracket mounting would have been helpful. There are 2-3 different ways the washers can be arranged but only one way actually works so I figured that part out by trial and error. I dropped it one star for skimpy instructions. The bidet works well. Lots of pressure. Good, easy to use remote. Nice low profile look. If it lasts as long as it is supposed to we will be happy with it.
For comparison, we previously had a Clean Touch CT-2000. After a few months of use, the seat began to crack. I patched it with epoxy and fibre glass. We carried on with the seat and lid developing more cracks. I eventually gave up repairing it (the heaviest person here is 180 lb). It was ugly but still usable until a valve failed last month. It was about two and a half years old at that point. It was about half the price of the Eco-Nova. False economy.
