What happens if I find the same product on a competitor's web site for a lower price than I paid for at Toiletland?

As long as they meet these criteria we will be happy to refund your original payment for the difference:

You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
The item must be in stock on the competitors website
The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer for the product in question
The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax

No worries, please take pictures of the damage and we can make an insurance claim with the shipping company.

Setup was straightforward, took maybe 20 minutes with no plumber needed. The water pressure is adjustable, the seat is comfortable, and everything feels well-built. It's one of those upgrades where you immediately wonder how you lived without it. Bought mine from Phillip at Toiletland and had a great experience. Fast shipping, good price, and the product arrived well-packaged. Would absolutely recommend picking one up from them if you're on the fence.

But the best part of this was Philip’s dedication to customer service. I have a complicated setup with unusual sized wall mounted toilets that were difficult to find electric bidets for. Philip made lots of calls to the manufacturer, shared measurements and gave advice to make sure the bidets would work. Definitely above and beyond and I would not buy from anywhere else.

Thankfully he had the Swash 1400 in stock and was able to accommodate fast in person pick up. I couldn’t find a better price either. The fact that it is a local company in Vancouver, Canada, was a plus for me. Customer Service is excellent, and Phillip was so helpfull answering all my questions regarding the bidet, since it was the first time buying one. The toilet is already installed. We purchased two BB2000 Biobidet bidet seats and, quite frankly, we don't know why we didn't do it much sooner. Toiletland was exceptional and quick with our order and they came sooner than expected. They installed quickly and easily and they have truly made the experience in the washroom a much more pleasant and cleaner one, since. After purchasing our products and using them for a short while we found that a particular feature was not working, or we were not interpreting the instructions correctly, so we contacted Toiletland by e-mail on a late Friday afternoon, and we were not expecting a reply until the following business week. We received a reply from Phillip from Toiletland by email on Saturday morning with an entire list of things we could try to solve the problem. All of the suggestions were clearly laid out and easy to understand. They basically gave us one option after another in case the previous one didn't work. As it turned out, the first one worked, and the problem was us not interpreting the instructions correctly and Phillip simply cleared up the misunderstanding with his instructions. We immediately had the feature working, and now, all of the features are working as advertised. We could not be happier with the service support we got from Toiletland, and would highly recommend giving them a try. They are a Canadian company and as stated, their service is extremely good.
