What happens if I find the same product on a competitor's web site for a lower price than I paid for at Toiletland?
As long as they meet these criteria we will be happy to refund your original payment for the difference:
- You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
- Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
- The item must be in stock on the competitors website
- The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
- The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
- The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer for the product in question
- The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax

Not very hard at all! Most of our products only need the water line and electrical plug hooked up! With a little time and a wrench, you will be able to get your bidet ready and working within minutes!

Refunds can still be given after shipping costs have been deducted.
Item Is Already Opened & Is Functioning Normally
All sales from Toiletland Canada are final due to hygienic reasons. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted.
Item Or Box Is Broken On Arrival
No worries, please take pictures of the damage and we can make an insurance claim with the shipping company.
