Why the remote matters more than another fancy feature
Formerly sold as the Cascade 3000, this electric bidet seat has a large wireless remote with colour-coded, written controls for Stop, Rear, Front, Dry and Auto. It also has adjustable warm water, an adjustable heated seat, an oscillating wash, a deodorizer and a warm-air dryer.1
Many bidet remotes rely on small symbols. That may look tidy, but it is not always easy for a new user, someone with poor eyesight or a person whose hand strength and dexterity have changed.
The Eaze Z3 takes the opposite approach. Its main controls are large, separated by colour and labelled with plain words. The red Stop button is the largest. Rear, Front, Dry and Auto each have their own colour. Water and dryer intensity use familiar plus and minus buttons. Nozzle position, seat temperature, water temperature and deodorizer controls sit below the main wash functions.1

The video shows the remote clearly at 2:12. It can remain in its wall-mounted holder or slide out for handheld use. This gives a caregiver or family member more flexibility when helping someone learn the controls.3
There is also a small control panel on the seat itself. The reviewer demonstrates quick access to Stop and Rear Wash, plus the night light and energy-saving settings. That backup matters if the remote is misplaced or its batteries need replacing.3
A one-button cycle can reduce the learning curve
The green Auto button starts a preset cycle consisting of a 60-second oscillating rear wash followed by a three-minute drying cycle. The user can press Stop at any time.3
That does not mean every person will use the same settings forever. Water pressure, water temperature, nozzle position and drying temperature can still be adjusted. The benefit is that someone can begin with one obvious button instead of learning the entire remote on day one.
A simple way to teach it
For caregivers, this can simplify instruction. Show the user Auto and Stop first. Add the other controls only if the person wants more customization.
Watch the hands-on review
A hands-on review from Alder & Jade Reviews is especially useful because it shows the seat being unpacked, installed and tested rather than simply repeating the specifications.
Play the hands-on reviewDisclosure: the reviewer received the seat as a gift from Many Bidets and disclosed that relationship in the video description.3 Toiletland has no commercial relationship with the reviewer. The video opens on YouTube only after you choose to play it.
Comfort and dignity without an overly complicated routine
The Eaze Z3 has a taller rear housing than many slim bidet seats because the water-heating and operating components sit behind the seating area. The seat itself remains comparatively flat.
That shape can look bulky in photographs, but the reviewer was surprised by the comfort and called it the most comfortable toilet seat she had used. Her comments begin around 8:03 in the video.3
The goal of an accessible bathroom product is not to make medical promises. It is to remove avoidable friction. A bidet seat may reduce some of the reaching and repeated wiping involved with toilet paper, while the dryer can reduce how much paper is needed afterward. For some people, that can make a private routine easier to manage with less assistance.
On accessibility claims
The Eaze Z3 should not be described as ADA compliant unless supporting certification is available. It is more accurate to say that its labelled controls, Auto cycle and comfortable seat may be helpful for seniors, caregivers and people who find small remotes difficult to operate.
Wash performance and adjustments
The Eaze Z3 provides separate rear and front wash functions. Pressing the selected wash button a second time activates oscillation, moving the spray back and forth. The remote also allows the user to change the nozzle position, water pressure and water temperature.1
During the demonstration, the reviewer tests low, medium and high pressure and describes the spray as strong and effective. The pressure test begins around 8:30. She also tests the three warm-water settings and the cold-water option.3
The seat uses an instant water heater with no tank, which warms the water as it flows. There are three settings: 93, 99 and 104 °F.4 The reviewer notes that, as with other instant-heating seats she has used, there can occasionally be a brief cooler moment, particularly when the seat is used again immediately. She did not consider it a major problem.3
Other hygiene and comfort features in Infinity’s manual
- a two-in-one nozzle for rear and front wash
- automatic nozzle rinsing before and after each wash
- a heated seat with three levels that steps down after 30 minutes on high
- a deodorizer that pulls air through a carbon filter while the seat is in use
- an LED nightlight with a darkness sensor
- Eco and Max Eco power-saving modes
- a warm-air dryer with five temperature levels4
The reviewer liked having several drying temperatures but found the airflow weaker than she preferred. That is a useful expectation to set. Most bidet-seat dryers take time and may not eliminate toilet paper for every user.
Seat sensor: easy to activate, but not disabled entirely
The reviewer initially believed the seat sensor could be switched off. After testing the Eaze Z3, she corrected that point. The sensor cannot be disabled completely.3
What makes it more forgiving is the location of the contact area. The reviewer shows that skin contact on a specific portion of the seat activates the functions, without requiring perfectly even pressure across the entire seat. Her demonstration begins around 11:23.3
This distinction is important for honest accessibility content. We would not promise that the seat works with no contact. We can say the reviewer found its sensor easier to activate than she expected.
Will the Infinity Eaze Z3 fit your toilet?
The Eaze Z3 comes in elongated and round versions, and its mounting plate needs seat bolt holes 5.5 inches (140 mm) apart, which is the standard spacing.4 Most standard toilets are easy. French curve toilets and some one-piece toilets are where people get caught, so here is exactly what we check.
Three measurements
- A. Bowl length: from the centre line of the bolt holes to the front of the rim. About 18.5 inches is elongated, about 16.5 inches is round.
- B. Bolt spacing: must be 5.5 inches (140 mm). Infinity’s mounting plate only fits that spacing.4
- C. Room behind the bolts: straight back from the centre of a bolt hole to the closest point of the tank or toilet body. Under about 1.5 inches, send us photos before you order.
If you have a French curve toilet
On a French curve toilet the tank or body sweeps forward into the back of the bowl, and that curve takes up the space where a bidet seat’s back housing sits. Infinity says the Eaze Z3 can fit French curve toilets. In our experience it depends on the exact toilet, and nobody we know of has published a measurement that settles it. On some French curve toilets the bolts and the water shut-off are also hard to reach. So we check your toilet first. Read our French curve fit guide.
Two photos and a model number
- Model number: on a sticker or stamp inside the tank, under the tank lid, or on the back of the toilet near the floor.
- Side photo: the whole toilet, from the tank to the front of the bowl.
- Bolt-hole photo: lift the old seat and shoot down at the back of the bowl, so we can see the bolt holes and the tank behind them.
Box size is not seat size
The 23 x 19 x 6 inch size and 17 lb weight in the product details describe the shipping box. The seat itself is 15.2 x 20.9 x 6.1 inches and 8.6 lb (elongated), or 15.2 x 19.5 x 6.1 inches and 8.4 lb (round).4 For fit, the three measurements above matter more than either.

We partnered with Many Bidets to help bring the Eaze-Z3 to Canada, and these five videos are theirs. The last two show the Cascade 3000, the seat before the Eaze-Z3, so some small details are different.

The installation walkthrough starts at 3:49. The basic process is familiar for an electric bidet seat.
- Close the toilet’s water shutoff valve and flush to reduce water in the line.
- Remove the existing toilet seat.
- Install the supplied mounting plate with hardware suited to the toilet.
- Add the supplied T-valve at the toilet’s water connection.
- Slide the Eaze Z3 back into the grooves of the mounting plate.
- Connect the bidet hose and carefully check every connection for leaks.
- Plug the seat into a suitable nearby GFCI-protected outlet.
The reviewer had existing top-mount rubber hardware, but those bolts sat too high for the seat to slide into place. She switched to the fixation hardware supplied with the Eaze Z3 and found it easier to secure.3
She also caught a leaking connection during the test and tightened it with a wrench. That is exactly why the leak check belongs before normal use. Connections should be snug, but excessive force can damage plastic threads or washers.
Check the outlet location before ordering
The water inlet is on the left side of the seat, while the power cord is on the right. In the reviewer’s bathroom, the outlet was on the opposite side, so she temporarily used an extension cord for testing. She correctly warns that an extension cord should not be the permanent installation.3
Electrical check
Before ordering, check that a grounded GFCI outlet is within reach of the 1.2 m (about 4 ft) cord on the right side of the toilet. If a new receptacle is required, use a qualified electrician and follow local electrical code.
About the lid
We used to list this lid as sittable up to 300 pounds. Infinity’s manual does not give a weight rating for the lid, and it says not to lean on the lid or step on the seat, so we have taken that claim down until Infinity confirms a rating in writing.4
The lid is not a safety device
Do not use the lid as a seat, a step stool, a grab bar or a transfer aid. Anyone who needs support while sitting down, standing up or transferring should use properly installed bathroom safety equipment designed for that purpose.
Where the Eaze Z3 may not be the right choice
The Eaze Z3 is not the most streamlined bidet seat. Its taller rear body and oversized remote are deliberate choices, but some shoppers will prefer a thinner seat with a smaller remote.
Consider another model if
- a low-profile appearance is your first priority
- the bathroom has no suitable outlet near the right side of the toilet
- you expect the dryer to work as quickly as a handheld hair dryer
- the user strongly prefers icons or a compact remote
- the toilet is a French curve or unusual shape that has not been checked with us first
The video reviewer ultimately chose not to keep the seat because she preferred the slimmer models already in her home. Even so, she said she would gladly give the Eaze Z3 to one of her parents and considered it well suited to people dealing with bathroom-access challenges.3
That is a fair summary. The Eaze Z3 is not trying to disappear into the bathroom. It is trying to be comfortable and understandable.
Who should consider the Infinity Eaze Z3?
The Eaze Z3 deserves a close look for:
- older adults who dislike tiny remotes or icon-only controls
- caregivers helping someone build a simpler hygiene routine
- people with reduced hand dexterity or vision who benefit from larger labelled buttons
- households that want both a one-button cycle and manual adjustment
- buyers who need a round bidet seat, not only elongated
- owners of French curve toilets, once a fit check says yes
- anyone who values clear controls and a comfortable seat more than the thinnest possible design
Personal needs vary. A bidet seat can support independence, but it does not replace grab bars, raised toilet equipment, professional occupational-therapy advice or hands-on assistance when those are needed.
Our verdict
The Infinity Eaze Z3 succeeds because its useful features are easy to find. Stop means Stop. Rear means Rear. Auto starts a complete wash-and-dry cycle. The main buttons are large enough to identify at a glance.
It also offers the comfort features expected from a premium electric bidet seat: instant warm water, adjustable pressure and nozzle position, a heated seat, deodorizer, nightlight and dryer. Round and elongated sizes, plus brackets for toilets with top-tighten bolts, cover most standard toilets.4
The trade-off is size. This is not the bidet seat for someone who wants the smallest remote and slimmest rear housing. It is better suited to someone who wants clear controls, a comfortable seat and fewer steps between sitting down and getting clean.
Toiletland ships the Infinity Eaze Z3 from Canada and provides Canadian warranty support. Infinity’s four-year warranty is handled by Toiletland in Canada,4 and the seat is covered by our 60-day trial.2 Review the current terms before purchasing, as policies and availability can change.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Infinity Eaze Z3 good for seniors?
It can be a strong choice for seniors who benefit from large, colour-coded buttons with written labels. The one-button Auto wash-and-dry cycle also reduces the number of controls a new user needs to learn. Suitability still depends on the person’s balance, transfer ability, vision, dexterity and bathroom setup.
Will the Eaze Z3 fit a French curve toilet?
Some French curve toilets fit and some do not. Infinity says the seat can fit French curve toilets, but the deciding number is the room from the centre of a bolt hole straight back to the tank or toilet body. Send us your toilet model number, three measurements and two photos, and we confirm before you order.
Is the Infinity Eaze Z3 ADA compliant?
We have not found documentation identifying the Eaze Z3 as ADA compliant, so we do not market it that way. Its large remote, labelled controls and simplified Auto cycle are accessibility-friendly features, but they are not the same as a formal accessibility certification.
Does it come in round and elongated sizes?
Yes. Measure from the centre line of the seat bolt holes to the front of the rim: about 18.5 inches is elongated, about 16.5 inches is round. Both versions need bolt holes 5.5 inches (140 mm) apart. Buy the shape that matches, because it cannot be changed later.
Does the Infinity Eaze Z3 need electricity?
Yes. It needs a grounded 120 V GFCI outlet on a 15 amp or bigger circuit. The power cord is 1.2 m (about 4 ft) and comes out on the right side of the seat. Do not use an extension cord as a permanent solution, and do not share the socket with other appliances.
Can you sit on the lid?
Infinity’s manual does not give a weight rating for the lid, and it says not to lean on the lid or step on the seat. Treat it as a lid only. It is not a seat, a step stool or a transfer aid.
Does it provide continuous warm water?
It uses an instant heater with no tank, and it has three water temperatures: 93, 99 and 104 °F. The reviewer noted that a brief cooler moment may occasionally occur, particularly with back-to-back use.
Is the dryer strong enough to eliminate toilet paper?
That depends on the user and how much drying time is comfortable. The dryer has five temperature levels, but the reviewer found the airflow less powerful than she preferred. Some users may still want a small amount of toilet paper for final drying.
What happened to the Cascade 3000?
Infinity replaced the Cascade 3000 with the Eaze Z3 in 2025, and the Cascade 3000 is discontinued. If you are shopping for a Cascade 3000, the Eaze Z3 is the seat that took its place.
I am on well or river water. Is that a problem?
The seat has a small water strainer at the inlet that you can take out and rinse. Sediment will clog it faster and lower the pressure, so ask us about our inline sediment filter. For hard water there is an ion filter. We will confirm the fit with your seat before you order.
How do warranty claims work in Canada?
Infinity covers manufacturing defects for four years from purchase, in normal home use, for the original buyer. Email Toiletland your order number and what is happening, and we deal with Infinity for you. The warranty does not cover misuse, removal damage, wear parts such as filters, or use in a vehicle or boat.
Can Toiletland help confirm whether it will fit?
Yes. Use the fit check on the product page, or email us your toilet model number, the three measurements and two photos: one from the side and one looking down at the bolt holes. We reply with a yes, a no, or the seat we would pick instead, without pretending every toilet is a guaranteed fit.
