We work hard to keep our prices low. If you find a lower price within 30 days of your order, we refund the difference.
How it works
- Within 30 days of your order date, find the same item for less at an authorized Canadian online store.
- E-mail us a link to the item on that store’s website, with your order number.
- We check the price and refund the difference to your original payment method.
If our own website shows a lower price for the same item within 30 days of your order, we refund that difference too.
Conditions
- You must buy the item from toiletland.ca before you ask for the price guarantee.
- The other store must be an authorized Canadian retailer for that brand and must sell online only. Stores that also have a physical shop do not count. The item must be in stock there.
- We compare prices in Canadian dollars. The guarantee covers the item price and the shipping charge. It does not cover sales tax.
- Promotions such as rebates and buy-one-get-one-free offers do not count.
- Discount and auction websites (for example eBay or Overstock) do not count.
