Hard water leaves scale behind, on your taps and inside your bidet seat. This inline ion filter is made for hard water. It conditions the water on its way into the seat to cut down on scale build-up, and it also helps reduce sediment. It is made by Hygiene for Health (H4H), the same company that supplies us the Infinity Eaze-Z3.

Which filter do I need?
- Ion filter (this one): your water is hard and leaves white scale on taps and shower heads.
- Sediment filter: your water has sand, grit or rust in it, as on many wells, cottage and rural systems. See the sediment filter.
- Not sure? Tell us where your water comes from and we will help you pick.
Questions
Do I need a filter?
Not always. A filter is cheap protection if your water is hard or carries sediment, and it helps the seat’s own inlet strainer and internal parts stay clean.
Will it fit my bidet seat?
It has standard 1/2 in male and female fittings and suits most bidet seats that take an inline filter. It is not compatible with TOTO bidet seats, and it does not work with bidet toilets that have the bidet built in. Send us your seat model and we will confirm before you order.
How often do I replace it?
Every 4 to 6 months, or after about 410 gallons (roughly 1,500 uses). If your water pressure drops before then, change it sooner.
