Wireless-remote luxury: unlimited warm water, heated seat, warm-air dryer
The BioBidet BB-1200L is an elongated electric bidet seat with a wall-mountable wireless remote, unlimited warm water, a stainless steel nozzle and a night light. It covers the everyday features well — the honest question is whether you need the remote, or whether a side-control model covers you for less.
Best for
- Anyone who wants full control without twisting around — every function runs from the wireless remote, usable from a seated position
- Households that want continuous warm water — BioBidet rates the BB-1200L for unlimited warm water
- Low-light bathrooms — the built-in night light doubles as a guide and a courtesy
Not ideal for
- Round toilets — this model is elongated only; measure first (checklist below)
- Bathrooms with no GFCI outlet near the toilet — an electric seat cannot run safely without one
- Buyers who expect app/phone control — this listing covers the included physical remote only (see the note below)
Control and convenience
The included remote mounts on the wall within reach and handles wash selection, water temperature and pressure, seat temperature, dryer and the night light. Battery-operated, so no wiring beyond the seat’s own power connection.
- Wireless remote with wall mount. Full control from where you sit; dock it on the wall when done.
- Unlimited warm water. BioBidet rates the BB-1200L for unlimited warm water, so a long wash stays warm.
- Stainless steel nozzle. Durable and hygienic, with adjustable position.
- Turbo wash mode. A stronger stream when you want extra cleaning power.
- Heated seat and warm-air dryer. Adjustable temperature on both; the dryer reduces toilet-paper use.
- Night light. Soft glow for nighttime trips — no overhead lights needed.
Canada note about “smart” control
This Canadian listing includes the wireless remote control shown in the box. Mobile-phone control is not part of this listing and is not guaranteed. If phone-app control matters to your decision, contact us before ordering and we will confirm exactly what ships in the current Canadian package.
Before you order
- Measure your bowl: from the middle of the seat bolt holes to the outer front edge. Roughly 18.5 inches is elongated — what this seat requires. Roughly 16.5 inches is round, which needs a different model.
- Bolt spacing and tank gap: BioBidet says under 5.5 or over 7.5 inches between the bolt holes will likely not fit, and the seat body needs at least 1.5 inches between the bolt holes and the tank.
- GFCI outlet: a grounded outlet within reach of the toilet is required. No outlet means no electric seat — see the non-electric options instead.
- Cold supply line: the seat tees off the toilet’s existing supply valve with the included parts; no extra shutoff needed.
- Toilet style: one-piece and two-piece both work, but deep French-curve one-piece bowls and rectangular or specialty shapes leave too little room at the bolts and are unlikely to fit. Contact us with your toilet model if you are not sure.
- Remote batteries: the remote is battery-operated; check the box contents list for what BioBidet includes before ordering if that detail matters to you.
How the BB-1200L compares
BB-1200L vs Horizon
The Horizon also comes with a wireless remote, and it costs more. The BB-1200L gives you the wireless remote, unlimited warm water, turbo wash, stainless nozzle and night light at a lower price.
BB-1200L vs BB-2000 Bliss
The BB-2000 is BioBidet’s flagship with a fuller feature set and proven long-term reviews. The 1200L keeps the essentials — unlimited warm water, heated seat/dryer, remote — in a simpler package. Compare the two spec-by-spec before deciding.
Elongated vs round
This page sells the elongated BB-1200L only. Measure bolt-hole centre to bowl front edge before ordering: ~18.5 in is elongated, ~16.5 in round. Seat shape is the most common return reason in this category — measure twice.

Frequently asked questions
Does the BB-1200L ever run out of warm water?
No — BioBidet rates the BB-1200L for unlimited warm water, so the warm wash continues for as long as the cycle runs.
Can I control it from my phone?
Not on this Canadian listing. What’s included is the physical wireless remote. Phone-control versions exist elsewhere but are not part of this listing or its guarantee — contact us if that changes your decision.
Will it fit my round toilet?
No — the BB-1200L is made for elongated bowls. Measure from the middle of the seat bolt holes to the front edge of the bowl: roughly 18.5 inches confirms elongated. For round toilets, look at models offered in both shapes such as the BB-1700.
What power does it need?
A standard grounded GFCI outlet near the toilet, like any electric bidet seat. If there is no outlet within reach, an electric seat is not installable without electrical work.
How does the night light work?
A soft glow keeps the bathroom navigable at night without switching on bright overheads.
