My first bidet, but it is pretty awesome. Kids can use it and the nightlight is great. Wife loves the heated seat. the remote is simple and that is a big deal for me, with my kids being the main reason I got this. The hot air dryer is pretty good, for how small it is. We also need to be able to sit on the lid during bathtime. I installed a dedicated GFI outlet that is always on, as the one by the sink is only on when the light is on. I also ran a dedicated water supply off the cold line under the sink. Used a 6′ braded stainless 3/8″ flare fitting hose for a dishwasher and a adaptor to go to 1/2″ male NPT, which is what the filter screws in to before the small white supply hose for the seat. Picked that up at home Depot. My toilet had no room behind it for a T and the filter. Now the filter sits on the floor at the back of the toilet and is easy to get at.
The worst was getting the bolts in on a enclosed toilet that is for top seat mounting only. Brondell sells the rubber compression bolts for this type of mounting but I didn’t know that at the time. Would be a good accessory to pop up once you add this to the cart.
I wish it had more pressure, but that is for me. Rest of the family is happy with the pressure and turns it down.
Now I want one on every toilet I have.

Absolutely amazing customer service during Covid with the ongoing supply demand issues. This model was readily available where it is sold out or backordered everywhere else. The Swash is a great bidet with tons of features for the price and this is the best price we came across. We picked this model for the very simple remote which can be wall mounted and hand held if needed for kids and elderly parents. The buttons are self explanatory and well designed. The seat wasn’t too difficult to instal but as the person above noted if you have an enclosed toilet it can be a bit tricky to install in tight spaces, getting in and behind the toilet. The pressure and heat levels work fine and can be customized very easily. There are three levels for heat (cold, warm, hot) and the buttons are colour coded blue, pink and red (lights) so when you press, it’s not difficult to see what you have set the temp. level to. There is also a red stop button just in case. We are very happy with the unit and the customer service and will purchase from TL again!
