The Infinity Eaze-Z3 is the electric bidet seat we suggest for older users and the people who care for them. The buttons are big and say what they do, and one press runs a full wash and dry. It replaced the Cascade 3000 in 2025, so if you are looking for the Cascade, this is the seat that took its place.
Made for caregivers and older users
The oversized wireless remote is the reason caregivers pick this seat. Stop, Rear, Front, Dry and Auto are large, separate, colour-coded buttons labelled in plain words. The red Stop button is the biggest of all, and water or dryer strength goes up and down with simple plus and minus keys. The remote stays in its wall holder or slides out for handheld use, and a small panel on the seat covers the basics if the remote batteries die.
Teaching a parent to use it?
Start with two buttons. Auto runs a 60-second rear wash, then a 3-minute warm-air dry. Stop ends everything. Show the other buttons later, only if they want more control.

Will it fit my toilet?
Most toilets are easy. French curve toilets and some one-piece toilets are not, so we check before you order. It takes three measurements and two photos, and it costs nothing.
Measure three things
Use the diagram below. A tape measure is all you need.
Take two photos
One from the side of the toilet, one looking down at the bolt holes.
We confirm before you order
You get a yes, a no, or the seat we would pick instead.
- A. Bowl length: from the centre line of the bolt holes to the front of the rim. About 18.5 inches means elongated, about 16.5 inches means round. Buy the shape that matches, because it cannot be changed later.
- B. Bolt spacing: Infinity’s mounting plate only fits bolt holes 5.5 inches (140 mm) apart. That is the standard spacing, but measure it anyway.
- C. Room behind the bolts: measure straight back from the centre of a bolt hole to the closest point of the tank or toilet body. If you get less than about 1.5 inches, send us photos before you order.
- Outlet: the power cord is 1.2 m (about 4 ft) long and comes out on the right side of the seat. You need a grounded 120 V GFCI outlet within reach. Do not plan on a permanent extension cord.
French curve toilets
On a French curve toilet the tank or body sweeps forward into the back of the bowl. That curve takes up the space where a bidet seat’s back housing sits. Infinity says the Eaze-Z3 can fit French curve toilets. In our experience it depends on the exact toilet, and measurement C is what decides it. On some French curve toilets the bolts and the water shut-off are also hard to reach, which makes the install fiddly. So we would rather check yours first than have you ship a seat back.
What to send us
- Toilet brand and model number. Look for a sticker or stamp inside the tank (lift the lid off), on the underside of the tank lid, or on the back of the toilet near the floor.
- Photo 1, side view. Stand beside the toilet and get the whole thing in the shot, from the tank to the front of the bowl.
- Photo 2, bolt holes. Lift or remove the old seat and shoot down at the back of the bowl, so we can see the bolt holes and the tank behind them. A tape measure in the photo helps.
- Your numbers A, B and C.
Or email your photos to [email protected]. Not sure what French curve means? Read our French curve guide.

The Cascade 3000 was the seat before the Eaze-Z3, and Many Bidets, our Eaze-Z3 partner, made a lot of videos about it. These older videos show the Cascade, so some small details are different. Where they differ, the Eaze-Z3 manual wins.

Will the Eaze-Z3 fit my French curve toilet?
Maybe. Infinity says it can fit French curve toilets, but it depends on your exact toilet. The deciding number is measurement C: the room from the centre of a bolt hole straight back to the tank or toilet body. Send us your model number, your three measurements and two photos, and we will tell you yes or no before you order.
Round or elongated? Can I change the shape later?
Measure from the centre line of the bolt holes to the front of the rim. About 18.5 inches is elongated, about 16.5 inches is round. Buy the shape that matches your bowl, because the seat shape cannot be changed later.
I have a Kohler, American Standard, Duravit or one-piece toilet. Will it fit?
Send us the model number and we will check. Many one-piece and skirted toilets work, but some have a curved back, bolts that are hard to reach or a water connection tucked behind the toilet. For Kohler toilets we also check Kohler’s own seat compatibility guide against your model.
I am on well or river water. Do I need a filter?
The seat has a small water strainer at the inlet that you can take out and rinse. If your water carries sand or sediment, that strainer will clog faster and the pressure will drop, so ask us about our inline sediment filter. For hard water there is an ion filter. We will confirm the fit with your seat before you order. Infinity’s manual lists a supply pressure of 14 to 107 psi and a water temperature of 3 to 35 °C.
I have never used a bidet. Can I return it if I do not like it?
Yes. The Eaze-Z3 is covered by our 60-day satisfaction trial, which is an exception to our normal unopened-only return rule. Contact us within 60 days of delivery. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. We reply with the steps and email you a prepaid return label. Keep the original box and packaging, and sanitize the seat before you return it. It must be complete with its accessories and free of abuse or damage. Qualifying returns receive a full refund within 10 business days after the seat passes inspection, with no 5% deduction. Full terms are on our Shipping and Returns page.
Is it easy to use for someone with limited hand movement?
That is who it is built for. The main buttons are big, colour-coded and labelled with words, and Auto runs a full wash and dry with one press. The remote can stay on the wall or be held in the hand. The seat sensor needs skin contact on the seat before any wash will run. We do not call it ADA compliant, because we have not seen a certificate that says so.
What happened to the Cascade 3000?
Infinity replaced the Cascade 3000 with the Eaze-Z3 in 2025, and the Cascade 3000 is discontinued. If you are shopping for a Cascade 3000, the Eaze-Z3 is the seat to buy now.
Where does it ship from? Will I pay duties?
It ships from Vancouver, BC. The seat is already in Canada, so there are no import duties or brokerage fees.
What does the warranty cover, and how do I make a claim?
Infinity covers manufacturing defects for four years from purchase, in normal home use, for the original buyer. It does not cover damage from misuse, damage during removal, damage after delivery from moving it, wear parts such as filters, or use in a vehicle or boat. To make a claim, email us your order number and what is happening. We deal with Infinity for you, so you are not shipping anything across the border yourself.
Do I need an outlet, and where?
Yes. It needs a grounded 120 V GFCI outlet on a 15 amp or bigger circuit, within reach of the 1.2 m cord on the right side of the seat. Infinity’s manual says not to share that socket with other appliances. If you need a new outlet, use a licensed electrician.
Can I put it on an RV toilet?
We do not recommend it. Infinity’s warranty does not cover use inside a vehicle or on a boat.
Can I sit on the lid?
Infinity’s manual does not give a weight rating for the lid, and it says not to lean on the lid or step on the seat. Close it gently and do not use it as a seat, a step or something to hold on to.
