A 450 mL handheld bidet that goes where your toilet can’t
The BioBidet Pearl is a manual squeeze bottle with a full-size 450 mL reservoir and an extended angled nozzle. It works anywhere — travel, postpartum recovery, camping, dorms — and needs no installation at all. One of two travel bidets in the BioBidet range: pick the Pearl for its longer reach, or the smaller TP-70 as a pocket-sized companion.
Best for
- Postpartum care — gentle, controlled pressure during recovery, recommended use case for peri bottles
- Travel and hotels — empty it before security, refill from any sink
- Camping, road trips, dorms and anywhere plumbing can’t be modified
Not ideal for
- As a permanent toilet fixture — this is a handheld bottle; an attachment like the Slim Twist is the fixed-installation answer
- One-handed use while seated in a small bathroom — the angled nozzle helps, but both hands are usually involved
- Anyone wanting warm water on tap — fill with warm water from the sink if you want it (body-safe temperature only)
What the Pearl does
Squeeze the soft body and pressurized water travels through the angled nozzle. The air-lock system keeps the stream consistent from first squeeze to last drop instead of sputtering out.
- Full-size 450 mL reservoir. Larger than typical travel bottles — enough for a thorough cleanse without refilling.
- Extended angled nozzle. Longer than standard for easier reach and better aim; retracts fully into the reservoir for storage.
- Air-lock pressure control. Consistent spray pressure; you set intensity by how hard you squeeze.
- TSA-friendly by design. Empty before flying, fill after security — no batteries, no charging, nothing to declare.
- Aqua blue finish. Discreet enough to live in a toiletry bag.
Honest trade-offs
- You supply the pressure. A bottle will never match plumbed-in spray strength; it trades power for total portability.
- One colour. The Pearl comes in aqua blue only.
- Refill logistics. A 450 mL wash means planning refills on long outings — sinks are usually close enough.
Before you order
- Know what it is: a handheld squeeze bottle with nozzle — not something that attaches to your toilet. If you want a permanent install, look at the attachments and seats in this category.
- Flying? Empty completely before security screening and refill airside; the reservoir has no mechanical parts to alarm.
- Water temperature: refill with warm (not hot) water for comfort — the BPA-free plastic is rated for body-temperature fills.
- Storage: the nozzle retracts into the reservoir and a carrying case is included, so it travels clean.
How the Pearl compares
Pearl vs TP-70
The TP-70 is the compact sibling: same 450 mL idea in a smaller pocketable body with a shorter locking nozzle. Choose the Pearl for nozzle reach and postpartum ergonomics; choose the TP-70 when bag space decides.
Pearl vs Slim Twist attachment
The Slim Twist installs permanently under your seat and draws unlimited water from the supply line. The Pearl costs far less and goes everywhere the toilet doesn’t — they solve different problems, not competing ones.
Peri-bottle comparison
Hospital peri bottles are short, straight-nosed and hard to aim. The Pearl’s extended angled nozzle exists precisely for the postpartum use case — reach without twisting, pressure you control by feel.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Pearl airline-friendly?
Yes, when empty. It contains no batteries, electronics or pressurized canisters — empty it before security and fill it after. The carrying case keeps the wet nozzle separate from the rest of your bag.
How much water does one hold-up hold?
450 mL — roughly double a typical hospital peri bottle. For most cleansing purposes a single fill is enough.
Can I use warm water?
Yes. Fill with warm water at a body-safe temperature for comfort, especially for postpartum use. Do not use boiling water — the BPA-free plastic is not rated for it.
How do I clean it?
Rinse the reservoir after use and let it air-dry with the nozzle extended. Periodic wash with mild soap keeps the nozzle channel fresh. The retracting nozzle stays protected inside the reservoir between uses.
What warranty comes with it?
BioBidet’s standard limited warranty covers manufacturing defects. Toiletland supports the claim process for units bought here — email your order number.
