Choose your BioBidet

  • New to bidets, no power outlet near the toilet? Start with a SlimEdge or BB-270 Duo attachment. The BB-270 adds hot/cold water if you have a sink nearby to route warm water from.
  • Want warm water and a heated seat without complexity? The Slim Three is the entry point in the electric range, in both elongated and round shapes.
  • Want side-control simplicity with a dryer? The BB-550 Bliss adds a heated seat, warm-air dryer and night light with panel controls.
  • Have a round toilet? Round electric seats are harder to find. See the round versions of the BB-2000 Bliss, BB-1700 Bliss and Slim Three.
  • Want the most features and strongest proven track record? The BB-2000 Bliss is our best-reviewed BioBidet (19 reviews, 4.94 average) with hybrid heating for continuous warm water. The Horizon covers similar ground in a newer remote-control design.
  • Need a non-electric seat rather than an attachment? The Slim Zero replaces the seat itself with dual nozzles, no power required. If you prefer a simple attachment, compare the Slim Twist.
  • Travel, camping, postpartum or limited mobility? The travel and handheld range includes the TP-70 “The Palm” 450 mL handheld.

Before you order

  • Measure the bowl shape from the centre of the seat mounting bolts to the front edge of the bowl: about 18.5 inches means elongated, about 16.5 inches means round.
  • Check the bolt spacing between the two seat fixing holes: 5.5 inches is standard, and anything under 5.5 inches or over 7.5 inches will likely not fit.
  • Check the tank gap: BioBidet needs at least 1.5 inches between the bolt holes and the tank so the seat hinge and control pod have room.
  • One-piece and two-piece toilets both work, but deep French-curve one-piece bowls and rectangular or specialty shapes leave too little room at the bolts and are unlikely to fit. Email us your toilet model if you are not sure.
  • Confirm a power outlet is within reach for electric seats.
  • Attachments need access to the toilet’s supply line; hot/cold models need a sink connection nearby.
  • Confirm the water shutoff valve is a standard 7/8 inch connection.
  • Match the seat to the bowl: round seats on round bowls, elongated seats on elongated bowls (attachments fit under either shape). Note the toilet shape on your order so the correct variation ships first time.

Bowl, bolt and tank measurements follow BioBidet’s own compatibility guide.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an electrical outlet for a BioBidet?

Only electric bidet seats need power. Non-electric attachments such as the SlimEdge and BB-270, the Slim Zero non-electric seat, and travel bidets like the TP-70 work without any electricity.

How do I know if my toilet is round or elongated?

Measure from the bowl’s front edge to the centre of the fixing bolts at the back. Roughly 16.5 inches is round, roughly 18.5 inches is elongated. Each electric seat page lists the shapes it fits.

Do BioBidet attachments fit every toilet?

They fit most two-piece toilets with a standard supply line. Check the fit checklist above before ordering; wall-hung toilets and some one-piece designs with fully skirted bowls may not suit an attachment.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes. Toiletland ships BioBidet products across Canada, with shipping calculated at checkout based on your address.

Who supports my BioBidet if something goes wrong?
